I wish I could leave a better review, but this is my experience and the customer service at this business is abysmal. I called on Thursday around noon and spoke to a sales representative who said she was new but would find out all the questions I had to make a purchase of a new trailer. She said she would text me the information or call back within the hour. The business closed at 4:00 pm, so I called back multiple times between 3-3:30 pm and no one answered the phones, so I left several messages. No one called back, so I called Friday morning and no one is answering the phones. I contacted them through the chat box on their website and still, as of almost 3:00 pm, no one has responded or contacted me. This is absolutely no way to sell a trailer or to run a business. I would highly recommend finding someone else to buy your trailers from. Sad, really, but they lost a sale.
